Studio 222 is a Sydney-based design studio specialising in styling and creative direction for boutique hotels, high-end Airbnb + rental properties, and commercial spaces.

Led by creative directors Jessica Constance and Katherine Brennan, Studio 222 craft interiors that feel effortless yet deeply considered. With backgrounds spanning fashion, art direction, and interior design, their shared vision is grounded in simplicity, context, and a refined sense of character.

Every project begins with an understanding of place: its architecture, energy, and story. Whether it’s a coastal guesthouse, city apartment, or heritage hotel, each space is approached individually, with a strong respect for its purpose and potential.

Our aesthetic leans minimal and calm, elevated by bold, unexpected accents: custom artworks, curated prints, rich quality materials, and small moments of colour or texture.

We work closely with boutique rental hosts, hoteliers, property developers, and creative teams to design spaces that are warm, distinctive, and guest-focused. Our work considers not just how a space looks, but how it’s lived, felt, and remembered.

We manage projects from concept to completion and work with a team of people to manage each project every step of the way.
